Managing Users

You can use the Vizible Web Dashboard to invite users to your Organization. Users in the same Organization can share an Asset Library and also create presentations with each other in real-time, like you would on a Google Doc. Note that you don't need to be a user in an Organization to attend a Vizible session. Anyone can attend Vizible sessions.

In Vizible, Administrators in your organization have the power to manage users.

Administrators have access to more functionality exposed to them than standard users. They can add or delete users, promote or demote them, activate or deactivate them, and edit their details. The Administrator role can be transferred to different users in the organization. The only exception to this is that the Administrator cannot remove the Administrator role from themselves.

As an Administrator, you can invite users to join your organization.

Items to note:

  • There can only be one user per email. Users can only be a member of one Organization.
  • There can only be one user per email. Users can only be a member of one Organization.
  • Standard Users can also edit their own information.
  • Only Administrators will see the "Manage Users" Section on the Dashboard.
  • Standard Users have the lowest user permissions and Admin Users have the highest promotable permissions.
